This is the best TownPlace Suites by Marriott I've ever stayed in. As soon as I walked into the lobby the comforting smell of popcorn filled the air and the lovely decor makes the hotel look brand new. As soon as I approached the front desk I was greeted by a sweet young lady named Christina and her manager who was very welcoming. As I made my way to to my room I noticed how good the hallways smell. Even the elevator had a nice aroma. The property is nice and clean and so was the room. They even have free breakfast! I would definitely stay here again!

I was traveling for work with my family and the service and attention to detail that we were provided during our stay was impeccable. My family was able to enjoy the food, the room and the amenities. The hotel was impeccably clean the room was better than we had anticipated. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A lot of attention to detail was given. Would highly recommend this hotel whether traveling for work or pleasure with family or alone. It is located very close to a lot of restaurants in the mall. Overall, can’t recommend enough.

I travel dozens of night per year for work, visit several hotels in any given year but I have to say, the service and management here is by far 5 stars. when I came there was construction next door (can't do anything about that) but it was the way I was treated. I wish I could remember the name of the manager that day but he went far and beyond what I expect even from somewhere like the JW Marriott. first class service all the way, offered assistance on anything I needed even before I asked, offered to carry bags to my car and loaded me up with water and snacks (as a business traveler you have no idea how much that means). I will certainly be back there on future trips and have recommended to anyone in my company who travels out this way. the manager at this location should be teaching a seminar to all Marriott properties about how to treat guests. not saying the others are bad, but his attention to detail and service was exemplary, without feeling phony or forced. only complaint if I have one, updated rooms would be nicer, but that's about it

We've been staying here for an extended period—several months now—and from day one, the experience has been exceptional. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met, and we truly feel at home. It has exceeded our expectations in every way. The housekeeping team is always present and attentive, and the front desk staff—Christina, Yassin, Andrew, Jizelle, and everyone else—are incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. Their warm hospitality has made a big difference in our stay. The location is perfect—everything is close by, including restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket, which makes daily life very convenient. One thoughtful amenity is that they offer kitchen appliances to borrow, so we didn’t need to purchase anything ourselves. As we only eat halal food, we truly appreciate the extra care the team—especially Barry and Tylor—takes in ensuring there's no cross-contamination with utensils. That kind of attention to detail means so much. It’s also great that they offer little extras like board games and popcorn in the evenings—it’s a fun way to relax when we’re feeling a bit bored or just want to unwind after a long day. It's wonderful to see the Managing Director Mr.Ratib actively engaging with guests. He checks in regularly to see if we need anything and is always there in the mornings greeting guests during breakfast. That personal touch really stands out. If there’s one thing we’d love to see improved, it would be to replace the older washers and dryers with newer, more efficient models. Overall, it's been a wonderful and comfortable stay, and we’re so grateful for the care and service we’ve received. Thank you!
